The only reason I give a 2 star is because the tires perform well. However the warranty sucks. Purchased new tires in April of last year went back a few times for slow leaks. Today I went in for a flat and was told there is a screw in it and it is not in a repairable spot so I would need a new tire which they will have to order. The tech said I was lucky because being an all wheel drive the tread depth has to match, I understand this. He said I was still good so just replacing one will be ok. Then they tell me I will have to pay like $130 to replace the tire. When I've bought tires at other local shops ie: les schwab, commercial tire, the warranty covered replacement. I feel like I never should have spent my hard earned money here. They told me that when I bought the tires it was a different company however the day I got them they were remodeling the show room and using the master tech logo. Bad business in my opinion

Same Day they got my car in, 2-3 weeks at any other mechanic. They assessed, gave me clear numbers, and had my vehicle fixed the next day. Super friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced. If you've got an emergency, these guys will take care of you. I know who I'm going to next time I need a mechanic. Thanks Master AutoTech, you saved me time, hastle, and headache.

Came in for a tune up and undercarriage and axel checks. Were transparent about repairs gave me an itemized list and seemed to be knowledgeable about what repairs are the most necessary. They even allowed me to decide what repairs I'd like to tackle. They worked fast and got the car back same day.

It’s not often I go out of my way to leave reviews these days, but I just have to say these guys did an incredible job! After taking my van to multiple dealerships due to having overheating issues under load and them keeping my van for multiple days just to tell me they couldn’t find any problem with the system… not only were these guys were actually able to find and fix the problem, but they were able to source upgraded parts making it better than factory completely solving an issue I’ve faced for years… and they got me back on the road in the same day!! This place is absolutely worth a visit, Richard and his team did an incredible job and I’m very pleased.

Got my car in and they switched out my front rotors and all brake pads fixed within 3 hours. NO MORE SQUEEKY! Richard had amazing customer service. Super happy with who I picked
